If you have an appointment at Sky Psychiatry, please note the following suggestions to make your visit as smooth as possible:

Before you arrive:

Our clinic will use send you a Medeo Invitation (Check your Junk Mail folder!) and will use Secure Messaging (powered by Ocean) to contact you once you provide an email address..

Please complete any forms you may have received from our clinic in advance of your appointment. If you have any previous assessment documentation, please send that as well using Secure Messaging.

Plan on no more than one individual attending the appointment with the patient.

When you arrive:

Please check in at the Telus Sky front desk as Level 21 is a secure floor. After confirming your identity and appointment, you will be able to access the elevators.
