A Doctors referral is required to be seen at our clinic for a one time-psychiatric consultation. If you are interested in a psychiatric consultation at our clinic, inquire with your family doctor about sending a referral to us via fax: 403-255-8478.
No referral is needed for Psychology testing services at Sky Psychiatry. Contact our clinic directly to schedule an appointment.

Next Steps:
1) Referral Review and Response
Your referral will be reviewed by one of our psychiatrists, and our clinic will follow up with your referring physician about the status of your referral. During this time, we only provide communications with the referring clinic.
2) Intake Forms
Once your referral is accepted, our clinic will be emailing you intake forms to the email address that your referring clinic has provided.
To ensure you successfully receive our email communications, we ask that you ensure your email address with the referring clinic is up to date, and to check your spam folder regularly.
After we receive your completed intake forms, they will be reviewed by your psychiatrist. This process can take some time, so we kindly ask for your patience while your forms are being reviewed.
3) Booking Link and Instructions
We will send you an email with booking details and instructions, where you will be able to schedule your future appointment with us.

Our office is located inside the Telus Sky Building.
Main Revolving Doors are located on the South East corner of the building.
Once you enter, you will need to check in at the front security desk - You will need to provide them with the establishment name, appointment time, and patient initials.
After confirming your identity and appointment, you will given access to the elevators. Our logo will be displayed outside our office.
Our office is small, so we kindly ask no more than one individual attending the appointment with the patient.
