Sky Psychiatry offers psychiatric assessment/consultation services for children, adolescents and adults. Please get in touch with your primary care doctor or pediatrician about sending us a referral if this is what you are interested in.

Services include comprehensive psychiatric assessments including a detailed diagnosis and management plan, patient psychoeducation and a comprehensive report back to the referring physician. If the patient requires more complex medication optimization, a period of short term follow up may be recommended to help with diagnostic/medication optimization.  The goal of these services is to support the primary care providers in management. Upon discharge back to the primary care provider, the patient may be re-referred in the future for any reason relating to the management of their psychiatric needs.
